Alex
Munroe
Founder & Principal

Alex
founded Cape Fear Systems in 1996 and served as founder
of three other successful companies, including Professional
Printing and Office Supplies, a medical services
and supplies organization owned by over 200 physicians,
and ADA Consultants, Inc., a material supplier of
ADA compliance products. He also worked on the sales
team at Bald Head Island Management, Inc., achieving
over $60 million in sales volume and earning numerous
awards for outstanding sales performance and achievement,
including the Bald Head Island Award of Excellence
and multiple ACES awards for exemplary sales among
top salespeople in resort developments throughout
the country.
Alex
owns patents and marketing rights to a variety of
products, including the 911-Light, AlertMat (a device
for visually-impaired pedestrians placed at intersections),
and the Disc Jockey (an innovative compact disc and
DVD holder). Most of his patents are marketed to
municipalities and Departments of Transportation
across the United States.
Alex
is a graduate of the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill with a degree in Journalism. In his
spare time, he is an avid offshore sailor and fisherman.

George
Enochs
Founder & Principal
As
one of the founding members of Cape Fear Systems,
George has over thirty years of corporate management
experience. He served as an officer in the United
States Marine Corps, worked for IBM as a Senior Sales
Representative, and then joined his first corporate
start-up, National Sharedata, which grew from $0-$20
million in gross revenues in just four years before
its sale to Western Union. George also served as
Senior Vice President for the Murchison Organization
(a Technology Services company in Dallas), and later
as President of a software company, Cutler-Williams,
Inc. Under George's leadership, the company's revenues
grew from $10 million to $60 million every year until
its sale as part of an industry consolidation
used to launch an initial public offering.
George
is a past Chair of Governmental Affairs Committee
for the National Association of Computer Consultant
Businesses and past President of the Texas Information
Technology Association. He has a BS in Physics from
Tulane University and a Master's from Southern Methodist
University.

Alan Jones
Partner,

Alan
brings to Cape Fear Systems more than 33 years of
service as an executive in the field of Housing and
Urban Development. During his tenure with the Federal
Housing Program, Alan made numerous presentations
to Congress and served on various Regional and National
Housing Committees where he received numerous national
awards for the development of innovative housing
programs and for management excellence. He was also
recognized for his development of Energy Conservation
Programs for Assisted Housing.
Alan
was the first President of the N.C. Public Housing
Authority Executive Directors Association; the President
of the Carolinas Council of Housing; Redevelopment
and Codes Officials, and served as the N.C. State
Representative to the Southeastern Regional Council
of NAHRO for eight years. He holds a Business Administration
degree from the University of Tennessee.

Frederick
K. Schmidt

Fred
joins Cape Fear Systems with over 30 years' experience
in both the marketing and advertising fields. His
marketing experience has been at a senior management
level with such major national firms as General Mills,
Liggett Group, Planter's Peanuts, and Keyser Roth.
Fred has also served on the account management side
of the advertising business for many years. At the
local level, he was a Vice-President with McKinney
& Silver and most recently was Executive Vice-President-Director
of Client Services for the Romann Group, a New York
advertising agency.
Fred
is a graduate of Duke University and was a member
of Duke's first Final Four basketball team. An avid
tennis player, he has been married for 36 years and
has two children.

C. Kamp

Prior
to joining Cape Fear Systems, Bill represented the
creative side of the advertising business for over
25 years. He has led a distinguished career as a
senior-level creative director for such top North
Carolina advertising agencies as McKinney & Silver,
and Rockett, Burkhead & Winslow.
Prior to his moving to North Carolina, Bill worked
for some of Madison Avenue's top creative ad agencies
including Scali, McCabe, Sloves and Levine, Huntley,
Schmidt & Beaver.
Bill
has created high profile, national advertising campaigns
for the Carolina Hurricanes, the U.S. Women's Open
2001, Subaru Automobiles, Piedmont Airlines, Cort
Furniture Rental, and Golden Corral Steakhouse. He
has been the recipient of every major advertising
award including the Clio, OneShow, ANDY'S, and the
NY Art Director's Club.
Bill
attended Ridgewood School of Art and the School of
Visual Arts in New York City. He's been married for
25 years and has four children. In his spare time,
Bill enjoys coaching baseball, reading, and playing
ice hockey.

Patrick
Kubes

Pat
brings to Cape Fear Systems close to 35 years' experience
in the fields of marketing, networking, consulting,
and sales management. He is the former co-founder
and President of American Telecom Brokers and managed
its more than two thousand independent representatives.
Pat
attended N.C. State University where he was on the
varsity track, rugby, and freshman football teams.
He was also an active member of the Fellowship of
Christian Athletes. He has been married for 34 years,
has four children, four grandchildren, and has resided
in the Wilmington area for more than 25 years.

Patrick
R. Antaki
Partner, Chief Engineer
Patrick
is a technologist with over 20 years' experience
in electronic product development and high technology
start-ups. He was the co-founder of picoFish, Inc.,
co-founder and Vice President of Strategic Accounts
at ChipData.Com, and served as Chief Technologist
for a private technology firm that has patented
technology for enabling dramatic increases in xDSL
wired access speeds. Previously, Patrick was the
principal technical architect of Silicon Display,
Inc.'s head-mounted display product, and co-founded
OneMultiMedia, Inc., a technology leader in digital
media server systems.
Patrick
received his BSEE from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology in 1984. While at MIT, he developed
his first Integrated Circuit for a video game application
(Atari), and started a venture in the area of consumer
smart telephones, which led to a technology licensed
to an established telecommunications company (Summa
Four).
Patrick
holds two patents in the area of Integrated circuit
design and has several patents pending. He is an
advisory board member of v.License and is a co-founder
of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the MIT Enterprise
Forum. He served as the Chapter's President from
1986 to 1988.
